Celebrating 10 Years of Business!

As we celebrate this milestone of the 10 year anniversary of Geri Reilly Real Estate. We would like to thank all our clients & friends for the continued support over the years. We are proud to be able to assist you with buying or selling real estate – always providing the highest level of customer service possible with the experience necessary to handle any situation that may arise. We know that without your support, business & referrals that Geri Reilly Real Estate would not have been able to grow & succeed.

In 2010, Geri opened up her own office and Geri Reilly Real Estate was born. Her entire team followed including her husband, Mike Simoneau who heads the commercial division. At Geri Reilly Real Estate, we are dedicated to providing personalized and professional service to home buyers and sellers throughout Vermont! With attention to detail and the experience to handle any situation - even in the midst of a pandemic. Geri Reilly Real Estate remains committed to providing the best service to make transactions as seamless as possible.

Although Geri Reilly Real Estate was 1st established in 2010, Geri's journey & experience started long ago. Geri became a Realtor shortly after graduating from the University of Vermont in 1979 and quickly became a top producer. She has been a top residential real estate agent since 1983 as well as the top overall company salesperson from 1986 to 2008 and as Partner with Coburn and Feeley Real Estate, Inc. from 1990 to 1997. From 1997 until July 2010 she maintained her very high sales performance and was the number one residential real estate producer with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty and the number one Coldwell Banker agent in Vermont since 2000 and ranked in the top ten in the Northeast region.

Throughout the past 10 years and over 1,182 transactions we are so proud to be able to continue to do what we love each and every day! We truly appreciate the continued support, business and referrals from our clients, family and friends.
