We enjoyed working with Geri, she was very knowledgeable about the area and very responsive to our questions. She was very thorough and got the job done!!!! Thank you Geri.

Mike [Simoneau Jr.] was excellent to work with. He was extremely responsive, got to know my preferences, and gave me honest feedback and guidance on houses we saw. After I had an offer accepted, I worked with Geri through closing. She was similarly responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward, guiding me through the closing process. I will absolutely work with them again.

Thank you so much for everything you did for my family in selling my mom's house - during a pandemic! I greatly appreciate your guidance and hand-holding during a bittersweet time.

He was the first realtor to respond to our inquiry, and having had to purchase a home in Vermont from across the country (California!) during a pandemic, he couldn't have made the process easier. He's a professional through and through, with an unceasing kindness and patience with very nervous first-time home buyers. We highly recommend working with Liam!

Mike Miller was a joy to work with. He was very professional, responsive and went out of his way to make the experience a pleasure. He was a great negotiator and got us a lower price and seller credits. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend him to anyone... My only wish is that I could give you 10 stars.  You are very lucky to have someone as professional and responsive as Mike Miller.

Fabulous experience with Geri Reilly and Michael Simoneau Jr. Always responsive, and great knowledge of the Champlain region. Mike recommended an area to us that we hadn't considered and we ended up finding an ideal property there. Mike & Geri were excellent in guiding us through the negotiation and reaching a great result. We really enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend using Geri Reilly Real Estate, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Simoneau Jr. and he was great to work with. What I loved about my whole experience was how easy the entire team was to get on the phone, whether it was to discuss an offer or once we got into closing, I had no problem reaching them to ask questions. My house provided to be extremely competitive with 6 offers and Mike helped to craft an offer that won me my dream home. 5 Stars!

We had a great experience! Geri and Mike are awesome! Very knowledgeable, responsive, excellent negotiation skills and just great people!

We would recommend Geri and Mike if you are looking to buy a home in Vermont. The market is competitive and Mike was always available at the drop of a hat to show us homes. We appreciated their expertise!

Thank you to you and your entire staff for everything!!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that Mike Miller was the absolute BEST to work with every step of the way!! He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, patient, punctual, and extremely personable. It was our pleasure to have him as our agent in relocating to South Burlington. We will recommend your agency to everyone we know!
