Geri did a great job selling our house! Gave us great advice in every facet. Stayed on schedule and got it sold in one weekend for above asking price.

Geri is extremely knowledgeable of the local market. I contacted her for a market analysis on my house. After discussing with her, I decided to list my house and was surprised to find that I had a contract in place within 2 days at a higher price than as listed just as she had predicted.. Having not been involved in the selling process in the last 30 years, I had many questions and Geri was very responsive in providing answers along the way to final closing. Mike was well-equipped and prepared, professional, and was completely forthright with us thru every step of the process. Not knowing much, he was also patient when asked in explaining the details to us. He was very communicative, available to us for remote showings when needed, and he got us answers within a quick turnaround time. Geri Reilly was on top of everything from the first meeting we had with her. She demonstrated her knowledge of the area, comparisons, timelines, and price for our home. Everything that came up, she was able to deal, with effortlessly (or so it seemed). Geri communicated with us frequently and was available day and night as well as weekends! She is high energy, smart, and knowledgeable. I will definitely look to Geri to represent us again. No question!

Geri was very accommodating to my living situation and with getting the condo ready to sell. When everything was all set she had a very professional group of Photographers go in and get all the pictures for online viewing. Whenever anything came up she was great at communicating the needs/requirements for closing the sale.

Geri and her team helped sell our home with none of us being able to be in the state. Due to Vermont’s quarantine rules we were not able to travel to Vermont to take care of details. She helped choose remodeling options that helped the house sell quicker. Geri was very involved during the whole process. We strongly recommend Geri and her team.

 Thanks again for your assistance.  You were a godsend.  Who could have thought what this COVID thing would do to the market?  You can’t make this s—t up.  Thanks so much for your help and for your friendship (and Mike’s).   You did a great job for us and we appreciate it.  There are things we will miss about South Burlington and it’s the relationships with folks like you that will be hard to replace.  Most of all we will never forget the wonderful people we met and had a chance to work with.
