A brokendown palace on 30.5 acres of wetlands for less than $100k? Nooooooo wayyyyy! This circa 1984 post and pier camp is screaming for some love but oh-what-a-spot. The camp has been abandoned for many moons, needs foundation and structural work including a new roof, chiminey and more but the huge post and beam frame looks solid even if the rear shed roof is a tear down.
